WHEN WAS INCM CREATED?
The public company Imprensa Nacional-Casa da Moeda, E.P. was created by Decree-Law No. 225/72 of 4 July, having been transformed by Decree-Law No. 170/99 of 19 May, into a public limited company with exclusively public capital, changing its name to Imprensa Nacional-Casa da Moeda, SA, abbreviated as INCM, SA
WHAT ARE THE MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE INCM?
The main activities of the INCM are the production of goods and services fundamental to the functioning of the Portuguese State, the minting of coins and the publication of official publications, in particular the Official Gazette (Diário da República). It also produces security documents, authenticates precious metal artefacts, and publishes essential works of Portuguese and universal culture.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF INCM?
The opening hours of INCM is from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm.
The Lisbon and Porto Shops are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
In Coimbra shop from 9h00 to 18h00.
Occasionally, there may be changes to the timetable shown. Please confirm in advance through our Customer Service Centre.
HOW TO SUBMIT A SUGGESTION/COMPLAINT?
In site www.INCM.pt at the bottom of the homepage, you will find a suggestions menu. Just click and send the email.
WHAT IS THE ONLINE STORE?
This is the place where you can buy online our products duly identified in the respective catalogues
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY LOGIN DATA?
You can change your details during a purchase in the online shop.
You can choose to have the change apply only to that purchase or to make the change permanent and apply to all future purchases.
WHAT PRODUCTS/SERVICES CAN I FIND IN THE ONLINE SHOP?
In our online shop da INCM you can find books, coins, printed matter, official publications, medals, art and others.
HOW CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT?
The order of any product, chosen from among the existing products in the catalogue, is made by placing it in the shopping cart.
WHAT TYPE OF DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE FOR MY ORDER?
The shipment is made through CTT, or other similar carrier.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Orders can be paid by ATM, credit card and payshop.
HOW DOES A REFUND TAKE PLACE?
The delivery of products purchased through this service respects the legal norms applicable in Portugal to the exercise of commerce at a distance.
HOW CAN I GET THE CLIENT CARD?
The card is issued at the customer's request, by filling in the membership form, available online or in stores INCM. After validating the request, the card number is automatically assigned and immediately available by email or letter. The card is issued later and delivered to the shop or sent to the customer's address.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF THE CUSTOMER CARD?
The card can be used for purchases of all products in the INCM, in Stores, postal orders and in the online store do site da INCM, with the exception of publications of advertisements and subscriptions to the DR and coins exchanged at face value.
The cardholder will receive in gift-cheques 18.75 Euros for each volume of purchases of 375 Euros, without IVA, accumulated in a period of less than 1 year. In addition to discounts and special payment conditions, cardholders can also enjoy specific promotion campaigns for cardholders and be informed in good time, especially via email, when the products of INCM.
WHEN SHOULD I BUY ELECTRONIC CLAIMS MODULES?
For entities inspected by ASAE, the purchase of Electronic Complaints should only occur after registration on www.livroreclamacoes.pt/entrar.
You will receive credentials to access the platform as well as 25 free electronic complaints.
Whenever you need further complaints you should purchase from the INCM using the link https://www.incm.pt/portal/loja_lista.jsp
Before starting the purchase you must register on our website. You will receive, by email, a login and a password and one link for account activation where the change of password sent by another easy to memorise.
After the previous step you will be able to start your purchase by following the instructions given by the system after selecting the product.
For entities regulated/oversee by ERSE, ERSAR or ANACOM, you must contact your regulatory/overseeing entity to register on the platform and only then should you purchase the electronic complaints.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RECEIVE THE 25 FREE ELECTRONIC CLAIMS?
To receive free complaints you must register on the platform www.livroreclamacoes.pt/entrar (for entities inspected by ASAE) or contact your regulatory/inspection body to register (for entities regulated/inspected by ERSE, ERSAR and ANACOM).
